Located in the most central  and living part of the Vedado quarter, an area full of restaurants (private and officials), cinemas, the most famous hotels in the city (National Hotel and Habana Libre hotel), theaters, bars, banks, and much more.  Surrounded by terraces, where to have your breakfast  and dinners,  you will have a great view of Havana City from different angles. Ample living room and dining-room .  Each bedroom with its own private bathroom with hot and cold water, air conditioner and electric fan, the bigger room has a refrigerator. Daily cleaning and change of towels and linen one day in between.

The building has an elevator that opens directly to the living room of the penthouse.

Price : the bigger room is 35 convertible pesos (pesos convertibles) per night., the other rooms are 30 pesos convertibles per night. Although prices are negotiable depending on seasons and amounts of days to be rented or if rented by a group or a family.

1 APARTMENT FOR RENT IN THE HEART OF HAVANA [ INFORMATION]

This apartment is located in old Havana , just a few meters from Capitolio,  and Hotel Saratoga and surrounded by shops, markets, bars, theaters and restaurants. Before 1959 this area was the down town and now is recovering the air of those days. It is on a first floor (high ceiling), and has living –dinning room, small kitchen, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms.  The balcony , in one of the bedrooms has one of the most spectacular views (day and night time) in the old town.

Although it has 2 bedrooms due to the disposition of the rooms  they are one after the other being  suitable for friends or a family but not in case full privacy is needed.

Price is negotiable depending of the season and amount of days to be rented.
