Before 1959 this area was the shopping center . It is on a roof of a second floor of an old building (high ceiling) and therefore it is important for the guests  to know there is a long stairs  before arriving., but once there it has a huge area of terrace- breakfast place with  kitchenette  just  for the guests.  Air conditioned, modern bathroom with hot and cold water. Possibility for an extra bed in case of a family or close friends

It is on a first floor (high ceiling), and has living –dinning room, small kitchen, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms.  The balcony , in one of the bedrooms has one of the most spectacular views (day and night time) in the old town.

Although it has 2 bedrooms due to the disposition of the rooms  they are one after the other being  suitable for friends or a family but not in case full privacy is needed.

Price is negotiable depending of the season and amount of days to be rented.
